Jason J. Polcyn
Jason is the founder and managing partner of Polcyn Law, LLC and has substantial background in criminal law and family law, as he previously practiced at private law firms in Aurora and West Dundee. Since obtaining his law license in 2016, Jason has represented a wide variety of clients from corporations to individuals, including juveniles/minors and Spanish speaking clients. Jason wears it as a badge of honor that many of his clients refer to him as down to earth and real. Regarding the unique situation each client is in, Jason will do everything within the law to assist his clients and ensure they understand the laws and the process as he guides them through their matter. He is very compassionate with his clients, as he understands they are usually going through the hardest times of their lives. Jason prefers to be in the courtroom litigating for his clients and this is exemplified in that, in the seven years he has been practicing law, he has only lost one jury trial, at this point in time. Coming from a blue-collar family, he is a first-generation attorney. When not practicing law, Jason enjoys traveling and spending time/exploring the outdoors with his wife, kids and dog.

Sabhiya Tsatsafoulis
Sabhiya Tsatsafoulis is the senior paralegal for Polcyn Law LLC. Sabhiya obtained her A.A.S Paralegal Studies Degree from College of DuPage. She has experience in the corporate and private legal sectors. Sabhiya took a break from the legal field for a few years to be a senior international moving specialist and decided to come back to the legal field in 2025 to work with Polcyn Law LLC. When she is not working, Sabhiya enjoys cooking/baking, walking her dogs, traveling to different countries/learning about new cultures, and helping people in need. Personality wise, Sabhiya is very easy going and down to earth, determined, and a good listener.
